Worm Eats Bird imagines 'The Wall' ....This item is entirely hand crafted and hand stitched. The coloured image is made using real Abalone, natural and hand coloured Mother of Pearl and 24ct yellow and platinum gold leaf. It is covered in strong, clear, flexible PVC sheeting which is stitched into place with light grey linen thread. The shell appears pixelated when viewed closely, as it is micro fractured everywhere to enable it to flex with the leather backing. The bag is made with strong vegetable tanned bovine leather with soft red patent leather to the facing. It is lined with softer, clover coloured chamois leather. It is approximately 8, 1/2 inches wide, 5, 1/2 inches high (excluding handle) and the sides are 2, 1/2 inches wide. We will make other versions of this bag in different colours for example. They will still be unique, as the colours of the bricks are randomly chosen. The bag in the image is the second we have made of this item and is available immediately.
